All orders placed after November 1st 2011 are eligible for return through January 10th 2012. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry box purchase you may send it back within 30 days. Please understand that all shipping charges and non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs and Jewelryboxshop.com will pay the shipping for your exchange selection. We respectfully request a limit of one exchange per order.

Jewelryboxshop.com also warranties our items for one full year from the purchase date. If you require a replacement part or repair (excluding every day wear and tear) please contact us and we will be glad to assist you with your warranty request. Some exclusions apply.
