Please follow
these instructions carefully to insure proper notification of
all returns and exchanges.

Exchange only:

Include the order number in the subject line of email message as example.
Example: Order 1234 Exchange only.
(1)For engraved items, please remove the engraved plaque before shipping.
The new chest will be ready for the plaque to be reinstalled when received.
(2) Be sure to include the order number and billing contact
information within the returned box.
(3) The item name or item number you would like to exchange for.
(4) Return shipping to be paid by purchaser. Please return insured
UPS Ground Service. For your protection, make note of the tracking information of your return shipment.
(5) Returns will not be accepted unless in original carton. Double boxed as received. Shipping fees, engraving and gift wrapping charges are non refundable.
Jewelryboxshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns if not double boxed as originally shipped.
Once the return item is received, a refund or charge for the difference in
exchange will be applied.
Exchanges will be shipped UPS standard ground service at no additional charge within 3 to 5
business days.
(Note) If you do not have the
original packing material we highly recommend taking this to a UPS
shipping store to have the return double boxed and securely packed for
your protection.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges nor file claims for items being
returned in the event of damage due to return shipping.

Return with no exchange:

to obtain an RMA. All orders sent back for
return without an RMA will be refused and are no longer eligible for
return.

Restocking fee of 5% of purchase price on all returns for non exchange.
