Jewelryboxshop.com exchanges and returns.
You may return your purchase for any reason if not completely satisfied during the holiday season beginning November 1st 2012 until January 10th 2013.

Please follow these instructions carefully to insure proper notification of all returns and exchanges.

For Exchange only:

Include the order number in the subject line of the email message (see example below) 
Example: Order 1234 Exchange only.
We will respond by sending you a return authorization form and RMA #. Please fill out this form and enclose it with your return

Preparing your item for exchange


(1)For engraved items, please remove the engraved plaque before shipping. The new chest will be ready for the plaque to be reinstalled when received.

(2) Be sure to include the return authorization form within the returned box including the item name or number you would like to receive as an exchange. 


Packing and Shipping your item

(1) Returns will not be accepted unless in the original carton, double boxed as received. Jewelryboxshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns if not double boxed as originally shipped. (Note) If you do not have the original packing material we highly recommend taking this to a UPS shipping store to have the return double boxed and securely packed for your protection. 
We do not issue refunds or exchanges nor file claims for items being returned in the event of damage due to return shipping.

(2) The shipping cost for return of the original purchase is to be paid by the customer.

Receiving your exchange

(1) Once the return item is received, a refund or charge for the difference in your exchanged item will be applied to the credit card used for your original purchase.

(2) Shipping fees, engraving and gift wrapping charges applied to your original order are non refundable.

We will respond by sending you a return authorization form and RMA #. Please fill out this form and enclose it with your return. All returns sent back without an RMA will be refused and are no longer eligible for return.

(1) Orders sent back for return without an RMA will be refused and are no longer eligible for return.

(2) Inspect your item for any damage or defect. If an item is returned to Jewelryboxshop.com in "less than new" condition, the item will no longer eligible for return and returned to customer.

(3) Prepare to ship the item within 30 days of receipt to remain within our return policy requirements.

(2) You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to Jewelryboxshop.com Please protect yourself by requesting shipping  insurance in the amount of the purchase price of your item.

(3) Retain the tracking number provided by your selected shipment carrier (we suggest UPS). This will ensure receipt of the item and when to expect your refund. 


Receiving your credit
 
(1) Your item will be refused and no credit issued if no RMA# is provided with your return. Please allow 10 business days to process your return and credit your account.

(2) Shipping, engraving and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable. All orders returned to Jewelryboxshop.com with no request for exchange are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

(3) All refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the original purchase.
