Non exchange are subject to 5% restocking fee. In the event of exchange Jewelryboxshop.com will ship the exchanged selection ground service at no additional charge. To better serve our customers this holiday season we extend our return policy. The recipient of your gift may return the purchase for any reason if not completely satisfied until January 10th.

Inspection to each chest is taken prior to shipping to insure our customers always receive top quality merchandise. All orders usually ship within 24 hours, even engraving orders! (except weekends) In the unlikely event of out of stock inventory, we will notify you immediately and ship your order within 5 days.
