Returns
made simple.
You may return your purchase for any
reason if not completely satisfied. All orders placed after November 1st 2012
are eligible for return through January 10th 2013. Our standard
return policy is 30 days from receipt of the item. Items must be returned
as received with original packaging. Engraving and gift wrapping fees
are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A
10% restocking fee applies to all returns without exchange.
Please call toll free 1-866-417-7092 or email (include your order number) to obtain
an RMA for your return. All orders sent back for return without this
information will be refused and are not eligible for return.

Shipping Damage
Please notify us immediately if your order was damaged in
shipment. We must receive notification of damage within 24 hours of receipt to protect
claim eligibility by the carrier of the parcel. Purchases are insured upon
shipment for your protection. We issue a UPS electronic call tag to the
email address provided in your order. Please retain all original packaging material
for any necessary shipping claims. A replacement will be sent
upon receipt of UPS tracking information back to our offices.
