Warranty
Jewelryboxshop.com warranty the items to be of new condition as represented online at the time of purchase and shipment. Jewelry Box Shop.com ships from our store located in Seattle, Washington to insure you of the very best quality. Every Jewelry chest is inspected to be free of defects before being shipped to you. When your order is shipped you will receive an shipping email confirmation with the UPS tracking number of your shipment.
We are dedicated to make your shopping experience on our site to be one of satisfaction with high standards of customer service.
Jewelry Box Shop.com ships all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order, in the unlikely event of out of stock inventory we will notify you by e-mail or by phone.

Return Requests
You may return your purchase for any reason if not completely satisfied within 30 days with the exception of the holidays when we extend the return policy. You must call or email to obtain an RMA for your return. All orders sent back for return without this information will be refused and are no longer eligible for return. 
Please see the "Returns and Exchanges" section for complete instructions. 
In the event of exchange Jewelryboxshop will ship the exchanged selection standard ground service at no additional charge. One exchange per customer.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non refundable. 
Engraving Charges and gift wrap fees are non refundable. 
Return shipping to be paid by purchaser. Please return insured UPS.
$18.50 fee for UPS Pick up Service if requested. 
Returns will not be accepted unless in original carton. Double boxed as received.  
Restocking fee of 5% of purchase price on returns for non exchange.
Jewelryboxshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns if not double boxed as originally shipped at purchase.

Shipping Damage
Purchases are insured upon shipment for your protection. For items being replaced because of defect or damage in shipping
Jewelryboxshop.com will pay return shipping cost. Retain all original packaging material for insurance coverage. Return shipping will be paid by Jewelry Box Shop.com and new product will be sent upon receipt of damaged product to Jewelry Box Shop.com.
We issue a call tag for UPS to pick up your damaged item from the address provided at time of purchase. A replacement will be sent upon confirmation of UPS pick up. In order for UPS to pick up, you must be at the location. UPS will make three attempts per call tag. UPS will furnish the label for the return at the time of pick up.
Please notify 
us immediately if your order was damaged in shipment within 24 hours of receipt to protect from claim being denied by UPS or carrier of parcel.

International Shipments 
$75.00 fee per item for shipping.
Items shipped internationally may be subject to duties or customs fees. These charges are to be paid by purchaser at the time of receipt of merchandise. 
Select USPS Global Express Service for international shipping. Shipping time is 3 to 7 days and cannot be guaranteed due to customs and the events of September 11th.
Any item shipped internationally and damaged, purchaser agrees to pay duties and customs fees both for in transit to purchaser and return of goods. 
These charges are non refundable under any circumstance whatsoever.
