Shipping Damage.
Purchases are insured upon shipment for your protection. For items being replaced because of defect or damage in shipping Jewelryboxshop.com will pay return shipping cost. Retain all original packaging material for insurance coverage. Return shipping will be paid by Jewelry Box Shop.com and new product will be sent upon receipt of damaged product to Jewelry Box Shop.com.
We issue a call tag for UPS to pick up your damaged item from the address provided at time of purchase. A replacement will be sent upon confirmation of UPS pick up. In order for UPS to pick up, you must be at the location. UPS will make three attempts per call tag. UPS will furnish the label for the return at the time of pick up.

Items shipped internationally may be subject to duties or customs fees. These charges are to be paid by purchaser at the time of receipt of merchandise. Any item shipped internationally and damaged, purchaser agrees to pay duties and customs fees both for in transit to purchaser and return of goods.
